Poor Customer Service, rude Manager

Went to collect a diamond ring for my wife after resizing. Prouds manager refused to hand it over as my first name was not on receipt. I purchased the ring 4 weeks earlier, we returned to get it resized. The worker did not take down my full details, yet allowed me to pay with my bank card. The manager knew all of this, but refused. Purchasing a diamond ring should be a pleasant experience. Thanks Prouds, now I feel like you do not value my custom. Management refused to offer a fair solution, except to say my wife can come into the store and pick up anytime. We live 30 mins away from store. So now, they expect me to be inconvenienced because of their manager. User's recommendation: Don't purchased, bad return customer service.
