Poor customer service/return

We purchased a hay ring on 10/3/20 for our cattle and 2 welds broke on it making it defective and it broke in several places. We took the hay ring to the store we purchased #123 in Bristol Virginia to make an exchange. The manager Big Jon was more interested in showing off for the girls working than helping us. He refused to even come to look at the broken welds and told us it was our problem not his. That once we left the store with it, they wouldnt back it and compared it to buying a pair of jeans and ripping them then trying to return. We asked for the number to corporate and he told us to look it up online that he didnt have to give it to us. I looked up the return policy and this should have been an easy exchange due to the manufacturer defect. While we were shopping he walked through the store and accidentally brushed against my husband with a dirty look. We are appalled at his behavior and very disappointed with his lack of customer service and downright rude attitude, and knowing that yall wont back the products sold, nor did he follow your corporate policy. User's recommendation: Do not purchase large ticket items!
