Poor customer service, restocking scam, bait and switch product

Ordered a pwc cover, after 1week called to check status. Told it was on back order, could take 4-6 weeks. Said they could send one with the new design, but different color. No changes just the design. Cover we received was by Elite Shields, no zippers, not custom fit, and made in China. After contacting them several times they finally sent a return ticket, and they said they would ship the correct cover as described on their website. Instead, they sent 3 emails 1saying they issued a refund less 20% another one saying the new cover had shipped and a third one asking for full payment again before they would ship. Contacted customer service, on hold for 40 minutes. When they did pickup I gave them the order number, and they hung up. To sum it up their website shows a generic picture of a cover and a false description, and they send you something else and then charge you 20% for their deception. User's recommendation: Do not use this company they will scam you.
