POOR Customer Service / received a badly damaged Bed that i ordered !

i cannot begin to tell just how disappointed i am for the run around i am getting from Cymax store who sent a bed i ordered that was damaged and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone to even talk to. when you call the the company and file a claim they keep...
