Poor customer service. Poor customer treatment

pre-booked through priceline. When guest arrived, budget reservation person, a Persian man, was argumentative with my 75-year-old mother over payment policy. He yelled at her in front of guest and snatched information form from her. She called me very upset. I tried calling budget inn corporate but all they had online is run around numbers. I called main one listed and the guy that answered said it was another budget i called and hung up on me. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER BUDGET OR RECOMMEND BUDGET TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN. User's recommendation: Low budget employee, not worth the price savings. Rude and unprofessional.
