This company is more concentrated on buying up as many smaller companies as they can to make themselves larger across the country. They make what was once a great company to work for into the worst. They treat their customers and employees with no concern. They will expect the most out of you with the least in return. Poor compensation unless you work in administration. They get paid well to make sure those that make their compensation possible get the least benefit. Poor benefits and 401K as well. They promised us a “better” work environment, but there was no need for improvement under the previous owner. It was unbeatable before they took over! They suck, they’re *** plain and simple! Poor communication, they don’t welcome ANY input. “You don’t like it, quit!” They would rather see GOOD employees leave rather than make things better to give you incentive to stay. But don’t go to work for another gas company to better your situation, they’ll sue you! But you can’t sue them - for anything, ever - they make you sign that agreement contract if you expect to keep your job when they take over, then fire half your crew within weeks. Again, you can’t get a job with another gas company when it’s all you know, or they’ll retaliate. You’re trapped. Either you stay for the poor treatment, or you go to work for Walmart or something to avoid a lawsuit! Customers complain all the time about poor customer service regarding reachability, billing issues, etc. These were never a problem before they took over. They don't give the local managers authorization to run their locations how they see fit, when they know their customers on a more personal level than the jerks on the east coast. To them we (employees and customers) are nobody to them. ***
