Poor customer service/policy cancel

Sump pump claim paid to me. They gave me requirements to keep my insurance. I called and asked if I could install a mechanical sump pump instead of a battery backup sump pump...their response was that they can't tell me what to do. Asked for a manager to call me back. Never received a call back. Now I get a letter in the mail stating they are canceling my policy. When you are committed to a company and they drop you like that...I hope karma comes around and they lose a lot of business. LL Bean should stop saying we get discounts from this company because we really don't. They change your coverages and deductibles without you knowing. Watch your policies people!!!! User's recommendation: Don't choose Metlife!
