Poor customer service on their “satisfaction guarantee”

Ordered three gift clubs for my family and on the 2nd month of the Custom 6 month club, the cheesecake was absolutely horrible. We complained to the company twice and all we received was that the only thing they guarantee is that it comes to your home undamaged. They said that they do not guarantee the satisfaction of the product. I don't know where they come from, but when you note the best guarantee in the business, it means you stand by your products and words. User's recommendation: Do not subscribe to them if you think they will stand by their guarantee. They lie.
