Poor Customer Service on the Simplest of Matters

Looking to return by post an order. Filled out appropriate Walmart form. Walmart said they would send shipping label by e-mail. After a few days, advised Walmart by e-mail no shipping label sent. They returned e-mail saying they are unable to respond due to volume. Tried to phone customer service-waited an hour on hold before hanging up. Had Pissed Consumer send a note to Walmart- no response for a week. User's recommendation: Buy from a vendor that has a simplified return process and sticks by it.
