Poor Customer Service/No way to contact

The customer service for Life Touch is terrible. It is actually impossible to contact them. I have been trying for three weeks to get in contact with them. The only "contact us" options on their website are to call an 800 number and to do the live chat. The live chat option has only ever said that they don't have agents available at this time and the phone line literally sends you through the phone tree and then hangs up on you saying all agents are busy. There is no holding or waiting for an agent to be available. There is no option in the live chat to stay in the que, there is no email address or place to note that you want to be contacted when they have time. I have tried more than 30 times in the last three weeks and cannot get through to them in either of their listed contact us options. Is it even possible to speak or communicate with an employee? User's recommendation: Schools, please start using another vendor!
