I ordered s22i last week. The machine incline, decline and resistance are not working right out of the box. This is insane!! I have been trying to get a hold of someone but all I get is 1 hour of hold and no real person and forget about the chat it keeps kicking me out . What kind of company is this?? User's recommendation: Dont waste your money, dont fall for their sale videos.
