Poor Customer Service My order is lost but they charged me

No response from Customer Service regarding the status of my order. Waiting over 2 weeks. They have charged me and my order seems to be no where to be found. I truly don’t trust Nine West. This is the second time this has happened. Unfortunate, because this USED to be one of my favorite places to purchase shoes.
