Poor customer service/machine not working

We got a new computer and the machine won't work now. There's no phone number to call Silhouette America. You have to fill out the same dang form every time, which is tedious and a waste of time. Their chat screen ALWAYS says "replying in a few hours". HOURS?? Do they only have one customer service tech? When you opt for an email instead, they reply with the same steps that they have on their trouble shooting page, NONE of which work. So basically, you can never actually interact with a human being and they aren't very concerned at all with helping you to resolve your issue. Time to cut ties with Silhouette.
