Poor Customer service Linecare Roanoke Virginia

Back in November I call two weeks ahead to make a appointment at the Roanoke Va, Linecare offices to fit me with a new mask. On the 4 of December I was there and the office employee told me to come back another day. I told her no because I work out of town. I was fitted for a new mask. Today December 17, 2020 I have not receive anything. I call the Roanoke office on the 7,10,14 ,15 and 16 of December and got the run around. I was told today my Insurance claim was filed on 15 December .
