Poor customer service, lack of response, delayed response, contradicting what is on returns policy

Complaint 138986, order [protected] Returns policy clearly states that I am entitled to returns and pickup for online orders. Called 4 times since 6th May. Customer service isn't aware of the returns policy. I was told to drop items at the hyper market. Well, why the policy mentions otherwise on your website? Attached return policy screen shot
