Poor customer service for online order

I was helping my sister- in law track an order she had not received from April 29th. She no longer had email, so that was not option to track order. I called for two weeks, put on hold for a service rep. Only to be hung up or disconnected after an hour on hold. Finally, Saturday, June 6th I spoke to a human who helped.do User's recommendation: Do not order online.
