Poor customer service for a simple oil change.

I brought my 2012 car into Balise Chevrolet in Springfield MA for a routine oil change appointment that was scheduled for 10:30am. The service rep told me I could pick it up by noon. When I came back to pick it up (at 1:30), it wasn't ready. I didn't get my car back until 3pm. A professional service operation would have called the customer to let them know that there was a delay. That didn't happen. I wish I could say that this was my first experience like this at Balise for a simple oil change. I can tell you it will be the last time they will have the opportunity to treat me like that. If they can't manage something as simple and routine as an oil change, why would a customer ever go back???
