Needed money transfer in the US from one bank to another. This was an emergency situation, so checked with xoom and they guaranteed the recipient would have the funds within 30 minutes of transaction being made. More than 36 hrs later, the bank (Chase Bank, was listed as one of xooms affiliates) is still holding the funds, because xoom has had so many issues that they now require additional verification. User's recommendation: I would absolutely never recommend this service to anyone. Very disappointed that they are part of PayPal.
