AllModern website ( not a coupon website) states that 1st time buyers can download a 1 time 10% discount coupon, but it is impossible to download the coupon. I contacted customer service &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; they claimed this offer did not exist even though I pointed out exactly where it was stated on the AllModern website. I purchased the same wicker chest online for even less than the price from AllModern even with the 10% coupon. User's recommendation: Never buy from AllModern or any Wayfair companies.
