I requested an email address for anyone in the Carvana management to file a formal concern/complaint. Carvana failed to disclose two major cracks in one wheel of a car I purchased. I could not leave with a cracked wheel and proceeded to buy non-OEM wheels and a huge reduction in price ($750 for 4 wheels versus $2200 for a set of BMW wheels). Promised fedex tracking # today and had to call over 7 hours later because the rep never sent me an email with the #. I want BMW rims versus these aftermarket rims for my car. User's recommendation: Get vehicle, especially wheels, checked during the 7-day purchase window. Be prepared to only deal with FedEx which is *** and bots versus humans when texting.
