Poor Customer Service, Delayed Deliveries and Poor Product Quality

It took almost two months to get my order. I wouldn't be frustrated, except for the fact they said I should receive my order within 10 business days. Additionally, I received three different emails telling my my orders were shipping when they never actually shipped. Every time I wrote to customer service about these issues they told me there was nothing they could do because they were busy and switching warehouses. I asked if I could just cancel my order and get a refund. They responded to this email with a "shipping number," but according to DHL this wasn't an actual shipping number and nothing had been sent. I did receive a proper shipping number when the items eventually did ship. When the items arrived, the masks were incredibly small and flimsy. Since it took so long to receive this order, I had already bought several other masks, most of which were cheaper and significantly better quality. The Serengetee masks are just a flat piece of fabric that don't remotely seal around your nose of chin - they just awkwardly sit on top of your nose and mouth. One of the masks was very small (child size) even though they were both supposed to be for adults. User's recommendation: Don't shop here - it's a waste of money and unnecessary stress for poor quality products.
