i just purchased 12/5/16 and can not open to enter key code, ive sent two emails, ill give it time but the real problem is the voice mail box is full, and that's a scary thing starting a new relationship. ive got a purchase hanging out there without support, ive also looked for the local business telephone number and cant locate. when you go to support it give you this msg ...... IF YOU RUN THE REGISTRY SCAN PRIOR TO ENTERING YOUR LICENSE KEY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PURCHASE REGSERVE AGAIN. but it does NOT tell you what happens to the first o second charge since you cant talk to anyone.
