Poor customer service, clueless to even the most simple issue

Bought Proscan TV Dec 2017, installed right away all good, About April 2018 my puppy eats most of the remote yet basic functions remain, Sept 2018 I order a new Proscan remote thru Amazon identical to original and contact Proscan/Curtis for help to re-program the new remote, within the next 6 months I spend about 6 hours on the phone and/or computer with calls and emails and get the runaround, Dec 2019 original remote completely dead and therefore so is this slightly used 50" TV. WTF!!!!!!!!!
