Poor Customer Service – Buyer be ware

The home I moved into had a Safetouch Security system. I knew I was going to purchase one anyway, so I called them first. The sales person was a very sleazy, greasy and fast talking man. Honestly, all I wanted to do was get him out of my house. So, I paid for the "system" (that I already had) and paid up front for 3 years of live monitoring. I had to pay an "installation fee" although, I already had the "system" in place at the house. I was never given a manual or really a full understanding of how to use it. I tried to call customer service on a few occasions and they were neither nice nor helpful. They wanted me to book a Technician visit and pay more. I tried to cancel my service after the 3 years was up and they said it automatically renews for 2 more years and I have to pay it in full. I refused and now they will not answer any of my questions on how to use the system. The system goes off randomly and beeps all the time. For your sanity, I urge you to find another system. This is not worth it.
