Poor customer service. ATM ISSUES

I made a cash deposit of 1,080 debit slip stated 980.00 I was unable to contact anyone until tues 10-9-18 the deposit was made after 5 pm on Saturday. Made numerous calls no one to answer or report the incident the automated system didn't even say they were closed for Columbus Day they when I did reach them I was told they would look into it. They never called me back I had to call them back I was told their ATM doesn't make mistakes and that this was a new so called smart ATM. So I guess that makes me stupid I don't have my 100 dollars and will close my acct. your employees are rude and this ATM obviously had a malfunction. I counted my money 3 times my deposit was supposed to be 1,180 but the machine kept giving me back 100 probably cause machine was jammed therefore deposit should have been for 1080. Of course I was told everything was fine on the banks end REALY but they couldn't explain why the last hundred kept coming back I want this issue investigated further thank you.
