Poor customer Service at Store

I signed up for the Sip and Save program. I went to use it and I am not in the program, yet they charged by card. Complained to manager and sent in a form that resulted in no help at all. User's recommendation: don't Fall for the Circle K promotions. If you do, keep your itemized receipts.
