Poor customer service and resolve

I called to get options as I can no longer afford the fees. Nor do we use it as it is just not convenient. I was just looking to turn it back over to them, gift it to them sort of to say. ' MIKE' just kept saying the same thing, gift it or sell it. I asked to speak with someone else and there was no one else. I asked for his supervisor ' LIZ' who was conveniently in a meeting. Unbelievable, It has been paid for and I want nothing for it. Very frustrating.
