Poor customer service and property

I am not satisfied with the service and customer support I was told that damage to my grass was a part of me signing a contract. I was told the 150 discount was all I was going to get. My project didn't finish on time and didn't pass inspection. This has caused more delays in other projects. The work on my project is unacceptable. - it failed inspection - no barrier between home and deck - the hand rail has sharp edges that cut your hand. - the molding is not seeded properly This delay in failing has caused back up on another project I was having completed. We are not pleased with the service we are receiving on this project. I feel that we have been pushed aside and the quality of work and the value of my property is nothing . I truly felt if I was in a more affluent neighborhood or paid more for my project my concerns and the quality of work or the supervision of work would have been better and passed the first time and my grass not be destroyed. I am passing this on the all that I can reach.
