Poor Customer Service and Poor Products

We bought the warranty and they charged our credit card two times. We called the accounting department several times and could never connect to a real person. We had to file a disputed claim with our credit card and now we are waiting to see if we are going to get our $344.00 back. We also have a problem with the brand new clothes dryer. They are sending someone out to look at it. We will see how it goes. User's recommendation: Never buy a Miele.
