Poor customer service and overpayment

I placed an order for a custom jersey, paid the extra cost for two day shipping, only to receive the product days after the agreed timeframe . Called the customer service number to see what was going on and was treated very unkindly with no follow up outside of this email. Product was also not as expected but oh well because my fiancé's birthday present is what is I guess. Thanks for nothing .
