poor customer service and order delays

I called in-store to inquire about my delayed contact lenses as I was told, they take 5 working days to get delivered. However, I was waiting almost 9 working days for them to notify when I could pick up my lenses. I was waiting for someone to answer the call for approximately 10 - 15 minutes, only to find out that they have no idea where my order is, they simply said it is delayed and they are about to find out where it is. This branch has very slow responses lately, it wasn't this bad before.
