Poor customer service and Lost Refund Service

Conflicting e-mails saying i'll get a refund due to them ignoring my order comment. Then 3 weeks later telling me they will not. Very poor communication. I clearly stated in the order if the accessory did not fit a product, not to send and to issue refund. They sent it without checking and therefore i demanded a refund. I was immediately granted it providing a show a photo of it not fitting then 3 weeks later i got told i'd have to ship it back under my costs. Not a chance as it is in China! I will not be using DSstyles.com again, and would not suggest it.
