Poor customer service and incompetent staff

Due to the incompetence of an employee we incurred legal costs exceeding $2,000. The Branch management team apologized and offered to retrain the employee - they said they could not reimburse us for the unnecessary costs. We wrote a letter to Mr. Laffoon, the CEO, detailing our experience and asked he consider covering our costs. He has chosen not to respond. It seems that the poor customer service culture comes from the top. User's recommendation: Avoid Security Service - they do not provide reliable or good customer service.
