Poor customer service and equipment

I purchase a Brother printer a few months ago. It's still under warranty. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Brother's customer service department to find out how I get it fixed. They do not have a phone number link to customer service, so I have been forced into an email back and forth that is useless. They asked for photos I sent them they say it's not broken, it is there is a broken plastic piece that won't allow the cartridge to load. User's recommendation: Buy an HP Brother clearly doesn't service their product.
