Poor customer service and correspondence

Got an email from Etihad airlines saying our flight from Pakistan to Abu Dhabi (then to the U. K) has been cancelled due to corona concerns and only diplomats can fly. My Bravo does not pick up their helpline phone and does not reply to emails with any regards to important queries with any professionalism. I then get an email from BravoFly telling me the flight is confirmed. They evidently have not been communicating with the airline to update any of their customers and I do not want to get charged for no showing a flight that has been cancelled. Poor customer service. Avoid do charges for User's recommendation: AVOID THE HASSLE. DON'T DO IT. BOOK DIRECT.
