Poor Customer Service and Charges for services not rendered

I visited Amazing Lash Studios in Springfield, PA for a few months when I was told that since I regularly maintain my lashes and I would benefit from a membership BC of the frequency of my visits, so I enrolled. I called to freeze my membership BC of the new distancing regulations put into place (I was told that I could freeze my membership at any time), and found out they had already temporarily closed. There was an option to leave a message, so I did. My account was not charged on the due date, so I thought someone got my message and took care of it- GREAT! However, the next month, I was charged DOUBLE! Now had there been insufficient funds, I can see how that could happen, but this was absolutely NOT the case. I have been calling for weeks since then and leaving messages as prompted by the system and still NO RESPONSE. I will be highly upset if (when) my acct is charged for another $119 and change for services not rendered. I tried going through my bank, but its not considered fraudulent per se BC I authorized auto pay and just wanted to freeze payments. I would have to cancel the acct to stop the charges. I have at least 5 other accts on autopay that I can think of off of the top of my head on this acct, so that's not an option. This is a TERRIBLE way to treat a loyal customer. I am so very disappointed.
