Poor customer service after the sale- nice people but do not actually help you.

I placed an order and never received an email confirming the order or giving tracking #'s. The first box arrives and is damaged by our dog. I put the dog in his kennel when I know packages are coming. I call customer service and ask for tracking info, they tell me they will email it right out when my other items ship. Two days later two more packages arrive and the same thing happens. I call customer service and they promise to send and email with tracking info. 1 week later the last package arrives and is damaged along with the product inside this time, over $230 of weather stripping. Now I'm mad and call them back and their person says there is no record of me ever calling prior to this. What kind of place is this that they can't email me a tracking number or order info. They still email me promotions every day that are useless since 90% of the items you actually need are exempt from promotions. I'll take my business elsewhere. Stay away from Eckler's. Customer #708*****-000 if you want to try and make this right.
