Poor customer service

Decent skin care product, disgusting customer service. I accepted a free sample of the product and liked the way it cleaned my pimples, so I ordered the first box. The box arrived in the mail completely empty, so I contacted customer service and was told they would send a new box, but that it wouldn't arrive for 2 weeks. I asked them to expedite the shipment, but they said they couldn't. There were many questions and answers and after they refused to try to correct their mistake, I simply asked them to cancel my subscription completely. This company doesn't care about keeping customers happy, so it's not worth it.
