On December 2017 After received a confirmation for a credit card for Christmas purchases I accept the offer and make a purchase for $100 (Canon Lens) just for try the system and company products, after receiving the wrong lens and spend 4 months waiting for the account statement and card, I NEVER receive a response from the company or customer service, also call twice a week to customer service for around 2 months and they tell the same history on all calls, but the Back issuer charge $35 for each month (LATE FEES), this was a Nightmare and still waiting for the credit card approved in December 2017, today October 2018 don't appears but they call just for reminder the due late fee.
