I received a gift card and purchased a cookware set. Didn't receive my purchase confirmation email until the next day. 4 days later, no tracking number and was told it would take 14 days to process the order. WHO DOES THAT! If you are good company, you have the customers order out in at least 3-4 days. I personally will not use this website to purchase items in the future. Only used due to gift card.
