Same as everyone. Trip cancelled due to COVID 19. Insurance doesnt cover pandemic....but if my child gets sick i would have been covered. I heard the family that owns this company is worth billions. I also kearned there is another company that does the same exact thing and their normal policy is no refunds for cancellation and they changed it to full refunds because of the pandemic. Schools need to show EF what is going to happen to their future business by booking with a different company. Poor business decisions. User's recommendation: DONT DO IT.
