Poor custermer service

I placed order on 8/14 and my credit card was charged that day. As of 9/2 I have not received my order and my account shows no orders. I called customer service and was on hold for over 9 min and then hung up on. No means to communicate with a human that actually works. Next call will be to my bank to remove the "fraudulent" charge. User's recommendation: Avoid Zazzle like the plauge.
