Poor CS, product representation & return/exchange policy

This company has very poor business practices. You better hope your item fits because the representation of sizing is not product specific whatsoever. If you want to return it, you pay shipping costs & if you want to exchange it, you pay shipping costs AGAIN regardless if it qualifies for free shipping when you order it. The customer service reps do not care if the item is not sized the way it's represented on their generic size charts. Product reviews are not even available so you might as well get it somewhere that has some customer reviews & allows free exchanges at the very least! Will never order from HatCountry again no matter how good a sale. It's not worth the additional costs, headaches & not having an item you needed when it doesn't fit right.
