contractor rescheduled delivery three times; then contractor wanted $150 extra cash day of delivery because of "extra work to install" --- (he was there less than 3 hours); I called company to complain, and was told that he was a subcontractor and they were not responsible, and that it was in fine print that the contractor could charge extra; STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY --- very shady (asking for extra payment in cash); wished I had read negative reviews before ordering!!!!; building structure itself is fine, but the subcontractors (who barely speak English) are "sketchy" at best; customer service at the main company is anything but "customer" service --- rude and refused to discuss; informed me that they have a collections department that will "get the rest of the money out of me"; run …. run fast and far!!
