The automated system does not correspond with actual appointment times. I made an appointment through the automated system which told me that was appointment was scheduled for the very next day at 8AM. I took off work to meet the technician and also called the technician the entire morning to confirm the appointment. However, I was unable to get in touch with them so I called Residential MD once again who submitted a new request and cancelled the first companies request, unbeknownst to me. Long story short no one showed up to service my unit and I wasted an entire day of leave. I'm furious and the only thing the customer service offered was a sorry as apology!
