A formal complaint against on 9/30/2017 my debit card was charged $450.00 by the Element Hotel on the Vintage Parkway in Houston Texas. I went into the Element Hotel also changed my mind because of the bulk bedding and poor comforter material, and the room was so clutter and tiny, the cheap furniture. I totally was disappointed in the fact the photos didn't match the descriptions and worn-out comforter was each room and cheap furniture and smell like a stinky African older who didn't bath and shower was griming, molded stand up Showers and although, customers may have been there because there a kitchen, desk, living room all in a stuff square foot 600 to tiny and the most clausterphobia all crushed inside the room. Check in on Saturday and then in 10 min I checked right out because of the dissatisfaction. As of today, I still haven't received the refund they blaming their Auditing department and Chase Banking and so I'm simply "pissed off" the fact whole week have pass and it still in the pending status such a Bombshell to take so long to refund money. I give them F rating for the poor condition of the Bedrooms are worn-out and poor condition in the hallway, broken elevators don't be full picture the property look like a hospital setting. Good luck!
