Poor Company not about helping people out , they charge for everything including making a payment even in grace period . old company transferred loan to them without choice, and now customer stuck..... have loan current and dose not make sense to have to pay fees to make a payment when that money could go on the loan , also they have had escrow messed up since day 1 requiring 3 times the insurances that the place is worth or owed on . stay away . on a 30 year loan paying fees to make you payment on time could cost you up to 7200 additional dollars for making your payment on time ..
