poor communication with transferring money from a trust account

I'm very frustrated with having no direction as to how to close a trust account after my father died. I would like to have someone explain to me what exactly I need to do. I would like it in writing, and soon. I don't understand why they do not communicate better with me. It has been over three months now since my father's death and I would ike resolution.
