Poor communication/customer service.
I use a CGM. Their communication and customer service are poor to say the least. Under my previous insurance I was able to deal directly with Dexcom and had no problems. Edgepark is a nightmare to work with. The latest (over a month and I currently have NO transmitters and NO sensors) has left me completely frustrated. I have spent hours on the phone with them, as well as my drs. office calling them repeatedly. They have told me I'm not a patient of the dr. (only one I've ever seen since my diagnosis) and on and on. Completely disgusted with them. Writing to my insurance company to file a formal complaint.
