Poor Communication.

I needed a letter reporting that the account had been closed. I was told that they would send it in 5 to 10 business days. After waiting several days, I called. They told me it was sent on June 20, 2018. I waited and called back on July 6th. I was then told that they never sent it. That I needed to send in a copy of a Power of Attorney. No one ever contacted me to tell me this. I needed the letter ASAP. Now it will take an additional 5-10 days to receive the letter. I am angry because i was told that they could take care of this and no one called me, although i left my phone number. There never seems to be a manager available. I would not recommend this company.
